Competence development for teachers

For the successful implementation of global learning in schools, competent teaching staff are required, who can implement the new content in their daily work. Teachers require support, advice and training for this. For this reason, information sessions and training are a central component of “Global Fairness”.

Tool for teacher training
Under the lead of EPIZ, we are developing a six-month training course for teaching staff. “Blended Learning” (online training combined with seminars) enables a detailed examination of the topic, exchange in the group, reflection and feedback. To conclude the trainings, the participants will receive resources adapted to their needs. Training will then be tested in a pilot in Berlin.
